Terms of Service


1. Standard Billing & Rates

  • Garage to Garage: All trips are billed from our garage and back to our garage in Udaipur.

  • Minimum Running: A minimum billing of 300 KM per day applies to all outstation and full-day rental duties.

  • Base Rates: Our standard corporate rates are ₹12 /km for Sedans (Swift Dzire/Etios) and ₹16/km for SUVs (Rumion).

2. Duty Duration & Allowances

  • Daily Limit: A standard working day is defined as 12 hours. Usage beyond this will incur additional hourly charges.

  • Night Charges: A driver allowance of ₹300 is applicable if the vehicle is used between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

3. Additional Expenses

  • Exclusions: The per-kilometer rate does not include Toll Taxes, State Permits, Parking Fees, or GST.

  • Documentation: All such additional expenses will be billed at actual cost based on physical or digital receipts provided at the end of the trip.

4. Cancellations & Bookings

  • Notice Period: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Vehicle Substitution: In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, Hinglaj Tours will provide a replacement vehicle of the same category as quickly as possible.

5. Passenger Safety & Conduct

  • Valuables: While our drivers are vetted and professional, Hinglaj Tours is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.

  • Compliance: All passengers are required to follow local laws, including wearing seatbelts and adhering to smoking restrictions inside the vehicle.

6. Corporate Billing

  • For registered corporate partners, we offer monthly consolidated invoicing. Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Driver Food/Stay: "For outstation trips, the client is responsible for providing the driver with basic meals and a place to stay, or a fixed 'Driver DA' (Daily Allowance) will be added to the bill."

  • Safe Speed: "Our drivers follow all speed limits. Requests to over-speed to reach a destination faster will not be entertained for safety reasons."

  • AC Usage: "The Air Conditioner (AC) will be switched off while the vehicle is parked or in hilly areas where engine power is priority (as per safety standards)."

2. Booking & Payment Security

  • Advance Payment: "A 75 % advance payment is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at the end of the trip or upon receipt of the invoice."

  • Extension of Trip: "If a client wishes to extend a trip beyond the original booking, it will be subject to vehicle availability and additional charges as per the standard rate."

  • Peak Season Surcharge: "During peak festival seasons (like Diwali or Mewar Festival) or New Year's, a surcharge of 10-20% may apply to the base rates."

3. Damages & Prohibitions

  • Vehicle Damage: "Any physical damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle due to passenger negligence (e.g., spilling food, tearing seats, or smoking) will be charged to the client."

  • Prohibited Items: "Carrying illegal substances, explosives, or inflammable materials is strictly prohibited as per Indian Law."

  • Pet Policy: "Pets are allowed only with prior notice and may incur an additional 'Deep Cleaning Fee' of ₹500."

4. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Dispute Resolution: "In case of any legal disputes, the jurisdiction shall be limited to the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan only."
